How we use the Clorox Total 360 System

With Coronavirus still big news, the spotlight is on how we can all prevent the spread of viruses and other pathogens. Regular disinfecting and sanitizing of your facility is the best way to reduce pathogens and stop the spread of contagious diseases.

At LAMS Facility Solutions, we offer specialist services that can help you protect your staff and visitors to your facility from pathogens like coronavirus and MRSA.

Coronavirus isn’t the only threat to the health of your staff and visitors to your facilities. Sanitizing for cold and flu is just as important, and luckily the same processes can remove or reduce the viruses responsible for all of these illnesses.

Of course, sanitizing and disinfecting are both different from cleaning. Disinfecting kills germs but doesn’t necessarily clean dirty surfaces. Cleaning removes dirt from surfaces but doesn’t necessarily kill germs and pathogens. While you obviously need to clean surfaces first, it’s the killing of the germs that helps to remove the risk of spreading infection.

Sanitizing uses either heat, radiation or chemicals to kill germs, and is usually used in foodservice facilities. Again, the area has to be thoroughly cleaned beforehand for sanitizing to be effective. It requires specialist equipment to thoroughly and efficiently sanitize and disinfect large areas.

For proper prevention, you’ll need to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize across large surface areas. Using an innovative electrostatic sprayer combined with a dedicated disinfectant or sanitizing solution, we can cover larger areas faster and more cost-effectively than ever before.

When used with the Clorox® Total 360® Disinfectant Cleaner, it provides a one-step disinfecting solution that kills 99.9% of bacteria in only 5 seconds and kills cold and flu viruses, norovirus and MRSA in 2 minutes or under. Used with the Clorox® Anywhere® Hard Surface Sanitizing Spray used on hard, non-porous surfaces, it kills 99.9% of bacteria and sanitizes the surface in just 1 minute.

The Clorox Total 360® System is suitable for almost every facility and office building.
